  • As a visitor and as a learner, you have read the Code of Conduct
  • You can maintain professionalism in our work respecting our Code of Conduct and prioritize in self removing disturbing and boundaries crossing attempts effectively immediately.

  • By accessing or using any of our online language learning materials, you acknowledge the Code of Conduct, we adhere to our standards for open training and education respecting the learner, learner’s rights
  • We do not collect any personal information.

2.2. Visitors:
We can only view the number of visitors to our page, who leave a comment or connect.

2.3. Online language learning
No participant’s personal information is collected and stored on age, gender, a.s.o.

2.4 Information Sharing Request Form its purpose being tutor shares information with school.

3. An assessment of the language level should only used for its intended purpose in order to start from the required level and by continuing, you accept the Universal Code of Conduct.

Should we use any data identified as personal information (GDPR, 2018) it shall only be for the sole purpose listed in Section 3.

4.1 In case of a breach of  the Code of Conduct with me, third parties, and our website service provider, we deem freely remove you from class setting or any other contact, activity.

4.2 Protecting rights of online users and learners:
I believe in open access education and open network for learning and you should at all times act only in good faith, protecting the rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights and any other information provided to you during a training, learning session, any user interacting with the blog as well as user-to-user interaction when a learner interacts with a language tutor.

4. Data collection
We do not collect and share your data. In connection with third parties  in change of language learning, your personal information may be shared with these parties involved, in such cases, for a learning platform facilitating language service delivery, online platform, for example.

4.4 Terms of service
You adhered to the Terms of service of our host WordPress provider. All blog text and logo is copyrighted esema online, the texts are genuine and owned and distributed by esema online for the purpose of online language learning and active language learning delivery, that is all. A presentation may be delivered online and you are solely responsible for using the presentation for your own learning only.

Please note that in the examples listed above in this section esema allows you to interact with third-party services and processing of any of your personal information, should be addressed to third parties, with respect and any considerations of GDPR.

Student is considered at risk through discrimination of any kind: verbal, non-verbal or behavior gestures of an unwanted contact, which has the purpose or effect of undermining the dignity of a person, especially designed to: degrading, humiliating or offensive.

Harassment through direct or indirect discrimination with regards to age, gender-related issues, and/ other attributes in social settings and learning environments. It is the behavior related to personal characteristics: age, sex, whether male or female, which has the purpose or effect of undermining the dignity of that person and creating a hostyle training environment.
